Relax, Renew + Be Flexible Workshop at The Lab

The intention of the Relax + Restore workshop is to introduce you to the benefits and techniques of working with your body from a place of deep relaxation. This workshop is complementary to any fitness routine and will give you an opportunity to reflect on your fitness routine patterns and set a new intention for your body as we transition from summer into fall. The workshop will consist of restorative yoga postures, sound therapy, aromatherapy, breath work and meditation. You will leave with a greater understanding of the psychosomatic connection in your body, as well as different techniques to restore and achieve balance on your own.

We will be doing light, restorative movement. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something to cover your eyes (such as a bandana or eye pillow) and a notebook and pen if you wish to write down any thoughts. Bringing a pillow or blanket is highly recommended for comfort as we will be laying on our backs for the majority of the session.
