Connecting to the 7 energy enters through asana, breath work, & meditation
Join Dina as she guides you to tune into your seven chakras in an evening of movement, meditation, and the shifting of energy.
We will begin with pranayama that invites connection into the body, followed by a Hatha-style flow designed to open up the energy centers, and will introduce vocalisation practices intended to provide insight and realignment. The evening will end with a grounding meditation, where you will be guided to identify and release remaining blockages.
This workshop is designed to deepen your yoga practice, particularly if you are curious about expanding your practice beyond the physical postures. This will be a safe space of exploration, inspiration, and learning.
All levels are welcome.
What participants can expect to take away from the workshop:
• A deeper awareness of imbalances that may be affecting your physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual well-being
• Exposure to awareness-enhancing breathing, vocalisation, and meditation techniques that facilitate powerful shifts of energy and can be applied to a daily yoga practice
• Transformative meditations that will leave you in a relaxed state, giving you space to identify and heal blockages on an energetic and psychosomatic level
