What to Expect
Join Dina in this free-form workshop, where we will have the space to creatively explore several pranayama and meditation techniques that are drawn from a range of ancient lineages.
The cornerstones of pranic movement, stillness, and mantra (sound practices) will be referenced as a means to inquire into the Self. The evening will conclude with guided breathwork exercises and a relaxation meditation, inviting a deeper realisation and shift of psychosomative patterns held within the body. Students of all levels will benefit from this workshop - no prior pranayama or meditation experience is necessary.
- The techniques we will practice are designed to give you peace of mind, providing access for you to find freedom (non-attachment) from stress, anxiety, and fear.
- We will practice expanding our awareness to the subtle energy level of the body. This will give you access to tuning into your energy and shifting it.
- You will leave inspired to start or build upon a consistent home meditation practice.
- The ending guided meditation will be an opportunity for you to release any mental or emotional stress you may have been experiencing recently.
