This 90-minute, semi-private class is designed as a staple to your weekly self-care ritual. Each week we will honour ourselves by taking the time to reflect, be still, and go inward to reconnect to our Truth.
We will start with a Hatha-based movement meditation and pranayama practice designed to get into the flow of body and breath, followed by a guided yoga nidra practice that encourages deep physical and energetic restoration. The effects of this integrated approach to your practice will produce lasting, calming effects on the psyche and nervous system, facilitating profound shifts on and off the mat. All bodies, levels, and experiences are welcome. A willingness to go deeper is also encouraged.
Tired of practicing in a room full of 40 people? Bookings are essential as this is an intimate space for up to ten students.
