7-Week Nervous System Reset (Term 4)
This course is designed as a staple to your weekly self-care ritual where you will embark on the journey of healing your nervous system in an intimate setting. Each week we will honour ourselves by taking the time to reflect, be still, and go inward to reconnect to a space of deep physical and energetic restoration such that we retain our centre in spite of circumstances and what occurs to us as collective chaos on the planet.
The course will be a combination of transformative practices and tools that are proven to decrease stress and anxiety. We will be journeying together with meditation, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mindful movement and sound healing practices to encourage total-body somatic release.

The Smirnova Experience (Weekly Livestream)
